Trouble Getting The Blog Off The Ground
Before I published the chapters of my book, I wanted a few of my friends to review them so I was sure I was presenting a sound idea to the public. Since my closest friend and chief editor is out of town and won’t be back for some time I have decided to do things in reverse. Rather then present the book first and other blog articles later, I will post blog articles now and present the book when it is finished.
On another note I have created a small music video that talks about the origins of the UN. I Hope you enjoy it.
The song is Union by Sabaton off their new album Art Of War.
The maps were gathered from various internet sources. The UN map consists of the members of the UN charter not the UN declaration.
The posters are part of the WWII UN series put out by the United States Government.
The UN flag is the original one designed when the UN was formed. Though the flag hasn’t changed much over that time.
For more information on Sabaton visit Sabaton.net
For more information on WWII and the United Nations visit Wikipedia.org

Hey, I found your video at youtube.
“General human rights” what does it mean?
WASP will call another rights the human right, than e.g. Slav from Eastern Europe, and totally another than Chineese.
WesternEuropeans/Americans have different meaning of democracy than Polish, than Russians, than CentralAsians like Kazakhs or Persians.
Most democratic country in the world is Iran… but Westerners say there’s no democracy.
Common view on religion?
WesternEuropeans will force totaly anty-religious kind of government while Polish, Russians and Americans will rather to create religion-free country with elements of organized religion.
Different is also meaning of liberty.
For Westerners it means freedom of human choice of what to do with his money, body, children. Base of their freedom is libertarianism.
For Eastern Europeans it means that one is no longer forced by his born-status to live in particullar class or way. Base of their freedom is state protection - freedom is caused by equality of material status.
For Chineese there is no equality, and freedom. Base of their social system is cooperation in group witch excludes personal freedom.
Common government and planing?
How? Euro-Americans plan their doings e.g. for one, two five years and try to enforce it. (Due to the plan in the west or according to social rumors in the east).
But Chineese plan their efforts in perspective of ten, fifty or (like language reform) three houndret years and allways enforce everything excaly due to the plan.
I see no possibility of create such world-governing organisation.
With best regards,
SaGaN

In regards to the question of religion and liberty and human rights. The concept is basic. In the Constitution of the United Peoples of Earth (not yet posted) their is a clause in Article IX (Rights of the People) that states “Every person under the authority of this constitution shall…have the right to engage in any activity that does not directly, negatively, and unwillingly affect the welfare of another human being.”
This basically means you can do whatever you want so long as you do not harm anybody else. You can practice any religion you want, say what you want, live how you so choose. It is a catch-all right. For example, if a particular group thinks drinking alcohol is wrong, then they don’t have to engage in drinking, but it is not within the authority of the government or that group to mandate that those who choose to drink cannot.
In regards to the question of democracy. The proposed form of representation is radically different then any form of democracy currently in place. It is beyond the scope of this reply to go into full detail. When I post the articles I will contact you.
In regards to your question on government planning. That is actually beyond the scope of what I am writing about. The idea I am trying to present only lays the ground work for the common government. See Guidelines for Writing a Successful Constitution for an idea of how I go about establishing the government of TUPOE.

I apologize for taking so long to respond. My email was broken and I didn’t get the message that I had a comment pending approval. I didn’t even realize I had it set to require approval.
