The United Peoples Of Earth is a theoretical one world government invented by Joseph Deane Sileo. Its constitution implements governmental systems based on the ideals of representative democracy, individualistic liberties, and general human rights. The TUPOE website features Joseph’s Blog where he presents these ideas and attempts to rationalize them; Forums where visitors can talk about a wide range of subjects from politics to music to the weather; and an IRC chat channel where visitors can chat in a real time environment.

The site has two main goals, the first being to spread the idea of social unification and equality through representative government, and the second being to provide a medium where peoples from all walks of life can exchange cultural ideals and philosophies.
